She graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Belgrade, specializing in international law. She began practicing law in 2007 and passed the bar exam in 2009. Since 2010, she has been actively practicing as a lawyer.
Since 2011, she has been part of the legal team at YUCOM, providing legal assistance. She represents victims of human rights violations before both national courts and the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR). Notably, she secured Serbia’s first criminal court verdict addressing domestic violence in which hate crime was considered an aggravating circumstance. She has also served as a UN expert on protecting the rights of people with mental disabilities.
Additionally, she is a board member of the international European Implementation Network (EIN), which oversees the enforcement of ECtHR judgments. She actively participates in various seminars and training sessions focused on human rights.
