The project “Navigating the EU Path: Serbia’s Institutional Response to Citizens’ Civic and Political Rights” aims to foster a rights-respecting environment in Serbia by advancing fundamental freedoms of assembly, expression, and association for both citizens and judicial representatives while addressing undue influence and misuse of power. The project seeks to identify and mitigate rights violations, support judicial independence, and promote policy reforms through research, capacity building, legal aid, and advocacy efforts. This project aligns with EU values and Matra objectives under Cluster I of the EU accession process, aiming to strengthen democracy and uphold the rule of law in Serbia.
