Our Guide offers practical advice to help protest organizers and participants fully exercise their rights. Rather than analyzing the legal framework, it informs citizens about their rights and obligations related to freedom of assembly. The aim is to provide essential information on how to safely organize and participate in protests in Serbia. Protests are a common form of public expression, and in addition to physical gatherings, they can also take
place in digital spaces or through digital technologies. These digital gatherings are equally protected by the right to freedom of assembly and follow the same rules as physical protests.
