The “Solidarity for the Rights of All” Incident Map was designed and launched in 2020 by the Lawyers’ Committee for Human Rights – YUCOM, together with the Belgrade Centre for Security Policy and the National Parliament Association, within the project Defend Human Rights Defenders, supported by the Delegation of the European Union to Serbia. The project lasted from 2020 to 2023 and during that period it provided support aimed at a comprehensive understanding of attacks against all individuals, organizations, and informal groups engaged in the protection of the rights of all citizens, encouraging them to stand up in defense of human rights interests.

The Lawyers’ Committee for Human Rights – YUCOM has continued to support partner human rights defenders by monitoring physical attacks, threats of attacks, the incident map, attacks against women and all those facing threats due to their work, as well as attacks on property and attacks carried out through the media and institutions (especially through judicial proceedings). The Lawyers’ Committee has taken responsibility for monitoring cases of violence against human rights defenders as a symbol of insisting on legal solidarity within a society in which those who stand up in defense of others will not be targets of attacks.
